All I have heard from those at graduation was how amazing it was when your name was called and YOU WALKED up to receive your diploma.Everyone ,even those who didn't know you were moved by you and your story.I love that you got a standing ovation! You have reminded all of us about the power of love, prayer, hope and determination. What a gift you have given to others and to yourself.Believing that all things are possible really can shape your reality! Ron and I would love to come for a visit. Let us know when you'd like some company!
Marika, I was at graduation too and it was fantastic to see you walk across that stage to get your diploma! Definitely well worth the wait (I was there to watch Emma Bechert - she was in the first row of graduates). Hope the supply of chemo drugs at Strong stays flush for you and all others fighting this disease. Stay strong lady - you're an inspiration for us all.
This blog is to keep all of my friends and supporters updated about what's going on in my fight against leukemia. I'd really like to thank Janet Snoyer for helping me set this blog up. it seems like a great way to keep people posted and keep me in the loop as well.
thank you, everyone, for helping me through this. your support means a lot to me and my family. knowing that this many people care really helps me keep a positive attitude and i know it will help me get through this.
